Terms of Use 

Our products are offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices obtained. 

Exclusive Obligation 

Our Therapeutic Candles are designed for professional use only and are not designed nor manufactured as a product for personal purposes. Our products may not be used for unlawful purposes and such use is expressly prohibited under the terms and conditions of its use. 

Use Limitation 

You may not modify, copy, or reproduce our products. Our Therapeutic Candles are designed for entertainment purposes only. The product is not intended as a replacement for professional medical care and is not intended for use by or for children. 

Limited Replacement Warranty 

Our Therapeutic Candles are warranted against any defective material or workmanship for a period of thirty days from the date of shipment. Any product determined by the manufacturer to be defective will be replaced in whole or part as determined by the manufacturer, but no other claims for damages will be allowed. Products shall not be returned to Hollowcare without prior written authorization. 

High Level of Risk 

Therapeutic Candles sold by Hollowcare include professional-use equipment used for entertainment purposes only. The use of our products for this purpose can be associated with a high level of risk, especially if used incorrectly. Risks include but are not limited to serious physical injury, burns, disability, and/or death. Users of our products choose to do so at their own risk. 

Assumption of Risk 

By buying, using, or allowing the use of Hollowcare’s products, you understand and agree that Therapeutic Candles, such as this product can be associated with a high level of risk and, to the

extent permitted by law, YOU EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK OF DEATH OR OTHER PERSONAL INJURY SUSTAINED WHILE USING OUR PRODUCTS, WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT OF Hollowcare, 

including but not limited to product malfunction from whatever cause, or any other fault of Hollowcare. Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Hollowcare harmless from any third party claims arising from such High-Risk Uses, or any use or misuse of our products. 

Limitation Of Liability 

As set forth above under the limited warranty provisions, Hollowcare’s liability is limited to replacement of its products which are returned to it in the specified period of time. In no event shall Hollowcare’s liability exceed the value of the product(s) sold. In no event shall Hollowcare be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of any of its products. 

Warning 

The use and misuse of products sold by Hollowcare involves serious risks including injury, disability, and death. Theateupitc candles should not be used as a replacement for professional medical care. Consult your health professional before using this product. The Food and Drug Administration has not approved or evaluated this product. Please take caution when using this product as there is always a risk of burns when dealing with open flames and hot wax. This product is not intended for use by or for children. 

Inspect Before Each Use 

This product must be inspected for use to ensure it has not been damaged in shipment. If damaged, do not use and immediately return the product to Hollowcare for a replacement. 

Entire Obligation 

The PRODUCT LIABILITY DISCLAIMER document states the entire obligation of Hollowcare with respect to the products. If any part of this disclaimer is determined to be void, invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, including, but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect. 

Applicable Law 

Your order from Hollowcare and this disclaimer statement are governed by the laws of the state of California, United States. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Municipal Court of Los Angeles, California in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use or misuse of this product. The use of these products is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not

give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation to this paragraph. 

Modification of Terms and Conditions 

Hollowcare reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which it’s products are offered at any time without prior notice.
